Shipping Options &
Charges
Our normal delivery
method is via our delivery trucks on your
assigned delivery day of the week.
For customers who are outside our normal
delivery area, we can ship via LTL or Fed
Ex, additional shipping charges may apply.
Refunds &
Exchanges
Boyer?s Best Pet Products
recommends that you check in your order
upon delivery with the Boyer?s Best
delivery driver. Any discrepancies
should be noted with the driver and
Boyer?s Best Pet Products should be
notified within twenty-four hours of the
delivery. If applicable, a request for
pickup and a credit will be issued which
can be redeemed on a future order.
Boyer?s Best Pet Products does not
guarantee any sales. Returns and order
cancellations resulting from customer
error will be subject to a 2% restocking
fee.
